All generators purchased from our website are covered by a Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

  • Any repaired or replaced parts are covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period

  • Labor costs, installation costs, and on-site service fees are not covered unless explicitly stated

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers may be responsible for shipping costs when returning products for warranty evaluation

  • If the warranty claim is approved, we may cover or reimburse return shipping at our discretion
