Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery, provided that the product is unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.

Products that have been used, installed, modified, or damaged due to improper use are not eligible for return. Customized or special-order items may also be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees and non-refundable charges are not included unless required by law.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photos.
